INTRODUCTION:

Search And Replace Pro (Or SARP) V1 is a very simple but yet powerful tool, it will let you do some mass text or html replacement on files such as txt, htm, html, php, asp...all at a push of a button.

Originally Search And Replace Pro has been developed for people that build websites around templates or buy websites that need a few changes that would take too long to complete manually. SARP makes it easy to be able to customize websites when the websites are designed a certain way right from the beginning. Using the power of SARP, and with experience, you can design websites that can easily be modified at a push of a button.

CONCRETE APPLICATION:

Easy Level:

Example: Let's assume you have a website, and you would like to change the html title tag in all the html pages that have this tag, you can do it manually and it is okay when you have 2 or 3 pages, but when you have 20 pages and want to save time, using SARP all you do is

Find Text: <title>your website title</title>

and

Replace With: <title>your NEW website title</title>

SARP will find every instance of the title tag and replace it with your new title tag.

Medium Level:

Example: Let's assume you have a website in php, and you would like to strip away one of your Google Adsense script to replace it with another contextual advertisers script.

All you do is you go in your php page, copy the script paste it in the Find Text: section of SARP and replace it with the new contextual advertisers script by pasting the new script in the Replace With section:. If you have a site with quiet a few pages, SARP will save you a lot of time doing this kind of operation.

Experienced Level:

Example: Let's assume you have a website in html, and there is about a few changes you would like to do such as changing the title, change all the Google ads to another contextual advertisers, SARP is able to handle the task with the "ADD search replace box" function, as SARP it can do more than one change at a time.
